How much do sessions cost? 
Please get in touch for current details.

How can I pay? 
Payment is required in advance for a minimum of 4 sessions at a time. Any unused portion is fully refundable (providing the cancellation policy is followed).

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, online transfer or by Paypal – using a Paypal account or a debit or credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account although it is easy and free to set one up. 

If you have a UK bank account, online bank transfers are preferred to Paypal. Bank details are: Bank: Santander, Account Name: K. Olver, Sortcode: 09-01-27, Account Number: 44749631. So that I know that the payment is from you, during the payment process, please type your name in the reference box and also the first session date the payment is for (day/month), e.g. Simon 19/10.  For international bank transfers, you may also need BIC: ABBYGB2LXXX; IBAN: GB54 ABBY 0901 2744 7496 31

My sessions are work-related. Can I claim them as a business expense? 
You may be able to claim your sessions as a business expense. Check with your accountant. 

How long is a session?
One and a quarter hours - although it is recommended to allow one and half hours. It is a good idea to allow space before and after a session for reflection and writing any notes. 

How do I prepare for a session?
Allow at least five minutes of quiet time before the start of a phone or skype session. Use the time just to breathe, relax and come to the present moment.
Switch phones not in use to silent (and not vibrating) until after the session.

How often do I have sessions? 
Weekly or fortnightly sessions are usual although we can discuss your particular needs during our initial meeting. Regularity and continuity give a reliable feeling of structure to the whole process. We can discuss the dates and times of our meetings at the first meeting and continue to monitor as needed. 

What is the cancellation policy? 
Let me know as soon as possible when you know that you need to change an appointment. 
- If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be a late cancellation fee of 50%. 
- The full fee is charged if you fail to appear for an appointment. 
- If you are late, you may not be able to have a full session. 
In-person sessions: if you are sick with something contagious or infectious, phone as soon as possible to postpone your appointment

Are sessions confidential? 
Yes. Your personal data and the content of your sessions are confidential. Friends, family and colleagues often refer each other and session content is confidential.
