Business is full of challenges and consequently full of opportunities for clear seeing and conscious action. In the current climate, everyone knows that there is a call to adapt. Deepening awareness can already give you a leading edge. 

This approach is transformational because it is about inner transformation as well as outer change. When you have inner leadership, outer leadership happens more naturally and more effortlessly. Self-awareness forms the basis for true leadership. When there is more awareness and more understanding, there is a deep-level shift of consciousness and many previous 'problems' fall away.

  

Individuals are often had by their personality type. It gets acted out unconsciously and has a negative impact on business. As Jung said, "the trouble with the unconscious is that its unconscious". So the first step is to identify personality type with the Myers-Briggs and the Enneagram as tools for accelerated self-awareness. The next step usually involves identifying what supports energy to flow more freely in the individual. You may then go on to look at energy blockages and energy flow in the business.
