Guided Meditation Techniques


These are simple meditation techniques that support resting in awareness. Feel free to continue the meditation after the recording ends if you wish. They are designed for 'full' listening, not casual listening. It is recommended that you sit comfortably with arms and legs uncrossed, back straight and relaxed. Closing your eyes may be helpful.
