By Car
From London   You will be coming down the M23, then the A23.  There are 2 ways to come in:
Option 1: The quicker (less attractive) route. As you are approaching Brighton, take the A27 to Hove and Worthing.  Soon, at the roundabout, take the third exit A2038 to Hove (King George VI Avenue. This is a steep hill going down. It becomes 30mph and there is a camera. Turn left (its the second turning) into Nevill Road A2023, follow it; then, there is a right turn at a set of traffic lights (straight ahead is a big chimney). You are now on Sackville Road. Follow it down, turn left into Church Road. The seventh road on the right is Fourth Avenue. Park about two thirds of the way down in the parking area in the middle of the road (meters). 15 Fourth Avenue is on the left as you face the sea.
Option 2: The slower and more scenic route. Go straight into Brighton on the A23, London Road, turns into Old Steine. You will see Brighton Pavilion on your right. At the end is Brighton Pier where you turn right along the seafront. Drive along for quite a way, past the peace angel and the burnt out West Pier on the left. After enjoying the Georgian terraces on the right, you will notice that Hove Lawns and the beach huts on your left come to an end. Immediately turn right into Fourth Avenue and park a little way up. 15 Fourth Avenue is on the right.

From Brighton Town Centre, there are basically two parallel roads 1. The seafront road 2. Western Road, Brighton which continues into Church Road in Hove.  Fourth Avenue runs between Hove Town Hall (on Church Road) and the seafront.

From Worthing From the A27, take the Portslade/Hove turn off (A293). Drive down Hangleton Link Road, past the superstore on the left and then turn left on the A270 Old Shoreham Road. Follow it for a while until you turn right at a traffic light junction onto Sackville Road (A2023) - Kwik Fit is on the opposite left corner.  Go straight on, then turn left onto Church Road.  Fourth Avenue is the 7th turning on the right. You’ll see the sign to the NCP on the left and that’s where you turn right.  The building, a redbrick Edwardian villa, is about two thirds of the way down towards the sea on the left.
